My goal is to do a complete do-over of your lifestyle. To bring awareness to the simplest things we do in our everyday life, like breathing, eating habits, movement habits, etc. At Spiral Noor we give you the tools to learn to live and lead a better, healthier life! Breathing is the first thing we do when we are born and the last thing we do when we die. Done poorly and it can build muscular tension, stress, activate our fight or flight mode, weaken your body’s ability to heal and strengthen itself. It is no wonder why breathing is an essential part of life. Yoga, while sometimes does encourage a hard workout where you bend and flex in insane positions and sweat bullets, it can more simply be used as a meditative tool and you get the same mental health benefits.
